Here’s how to create precise limits on access to the gym.


When you create a new membership, you can create specific limits per registration, for example depending on the hours of the day to give access to the gym only in the morning. You can change these limits at any time through your membership list that is already in place. 

You will see a field to add these limits at the bottom of the page with a drop-down menu where you can select the desired one.


  • • Hours of the Day of the Week This is a restriction per hour. Depending on the day, members will have access to the Gym.

    This is a good practice for morning, evening or weekend memberships only.

    However, you should be aware that if you enter a limited day, the other days will not be assigned and available for check-in then you will need to enter the other days of the week that this limit applies.
