How the transition works
When you complete the FLiiP platform creation document, you give us the connection information for your old management software. We use system reports to get the information of all members and their subscriptions. In these reports, there are start dates, end dates, number of sessions used, etc.
If you don't have management software, all you need to do is have a document with this information for each of your members.
The only information that is not traded are those that are encrypted like credit cards and passwords. We have a very simple procedure for dealing with this that is put in place at the time of the official transition.
