Is your member having trouble registering?


Why does a client client receive an error message stating  they do not have access to a class when attempt to register?


Go to the Profile of the member in question to make sure that there is a membership assigned to this member. Scheduled memberships are not considered to be 'active' before the scheduled date.


Make sure the member does not have multiple profiles in the system. Check in the Free Trial tab as well as Member Management. You can delete an account that is not active.

Depending on the membership your member has, there may be access to certain courses. Go to the membership tab> memberships List> go to the membership in question and click Edit.


Verify which classes the membership provides access to.


Why is the member redirected to the purchase membership page or to add a payment method?


There could be several reasons.If the member is redirected to the purchase page when  they attempt to register for a class, they do not have access to this course. This can be validated in the membership itself.


Check if this member has a membership in their profile and a payment method added. Sometimes, trying to log into the profile yourself can fix the problem.
