It can be difficult to make the decision to make a platform change because we know you're all-in-one business software is at the center of your business.

That's why, for each new customer, we assign an account manager who will be in charge of your transition from start to finish.

He will be in charge of tracking the progress of your transition to FLiiP to make it as transparent and easy as possible for you and your clients.

The time to expect is about 1 to 2 weeks before you can process transactions with your new platform, depending on whether your platform requires importing important data.

So here's what the stages of your transition look like:

  1. You must complete an initial implantation form (+/- 15 to 20 minutes for the owner).
    This form allows you to obtain the various information so that we can create your platform in your image, but also according to your business rules.
  2. You must complete your request for payment processing (+/- 5 minutes for the owner).
    This form will allow you to process payments automatically via the platform (either by credit card processing and / or by direct debit)
  3. Our team begins preparing your platform (creation of your subdomain, visual adaptations to make it reflect your image). (+/- 3 hours for our team)
  4. We then start creating your schedule, your courses, services & packages. (+/- 4 hours for our team)
  5. We then proceed to export your data from your current platform to prepare the data for import into FLiiP. This step is one of the most important in the process. We need to match multiple reports and validate the data so that we can ensure data integrity is being respected. (+/- 10 hours for our team)
    The list of imported data includes the complete list of all your members (including those who are no longer active), but also the telephone, address, email, the plan (s), start date, end date, number of sessions used, and more.
    Note that it is also possible to import your payment data.
    When the data import is complete, we link your account with your Mailchimp account. This will allow you to communicate with your active members, but also with all your former members.
  6. We then proceed to an increased validation of the data of your platform to ensure that everything is completed correctly.
  7. During this period the owner and administrators must follow the YouTube training videos in order to fully understand the different actions to follow on a daily basis.
  8. Depending on the verification and training period, we plan a 15 to 20-minute virtual meeting with your account manager to answer your questions more specific to your business.
  9. Following this meeting, we will send a very specific email to all your active clients so that they can download the mobile application and join your center. They will have to recover their password and enter their payment information if required.
  10. Finally, our team will accompany you during all the stages of your transition as well as in your beginnings of operation to ensure that your experience is as extraordinary as possible.

    Note that it is preferable to plan a period of adaptation and presale before the opening of your center. This will allow you to start collecting income even before you start your operations.
