It is possible that each of your members have a barcode which you have the choice of assigning automatically or assigning it manually.
Go to the member management and select a member to access their profile. From the General Information tab, there is a 'Custom ID' field where you can enter a number manually or 'scan' a barcode you already have at your center.
If you do not have access to these tab, you must make a request by writing to us an email at email@example.com.
In addition, in the administrative menu> recording parameter> there are fields dedicated to recordings via a scanning system where you can choose how to manage them.
