At the time of purchase, what is sent to a member

For each purchase completed in the FLiiP system, emails are automatically sent to members.

They will receive the contract details by email if the membership allows it. When creating your membership, it is possible to check the sending of a contract yes or no.

The contract is available in the member's profile under the Membership tab, the administrators of your center have access to this tab.

On the member side, they can find it in the membership information.

They receive the invoice as well as the purchase receipt by email.

You can modify the texts of each of these automatic emails via the general menu> email template.
