All the information you need to know when memberships/services are reactivated.
First, here's how to reactivate all massively suspended memberships.

- On the right, the three small dots in a circle
- Reactivate contracts/memberships or reactivate services if you offer service-type contracts.
Adjust the end date with the number of suspended days for memberships
The end dates will be readjusted automatically according to the duration of the shutdown. So all members are going to have a postponed end date.
Do not adjust the end date with the number of suspended days for memberships
The end dates will not be readjusted automatically according to the duration of the shutdown. All members reactivated with this option will have the same end date before their memberships is suspended.
If a member terminated their memberships during the shutdown, that member will need to purchase a new memberships.
Select the type of reactivation
All suspended members: all members with the stopped status will be reactivated
Suspended on a specific date: all members who were suspended on this date will be reactivated.
The type of specific contracts: all contracts with this type will be reactivated.
The name of a specific memberships: all memberships of this name will be reactivated.
