This article will give you more details on how to transition to FLiiP.


When migrating to FLiiP, our team supports the transition of your members' data. You simply need to provide us with access to your old management software. Our team will make sure to migrate the data and perform the necessary validations.


*Your members will therefore be able to recover their FLiiP account and find exactly their subscriptions or course passes they had on your prior platform.


 We transfer:

  •  The customer's personal information (First name, Last name, Email, Phone number, Address, etc.)
  • All subscriptions (including future payments) and course cards


We do not transfer:

  • Customer history (subscriptions / previous course cards, visit history)
  • Future registrations
  • Payment information such as (credit card or direct debit) - By request only additional fees will apply. 
  • Boutique Inventory- by request only additional fees will apply 
  • Videos - By request only, additional fees will apply
