When we talk about a non-taxable product, we are talking about a product that is nontaxable to all of your members and not just to specific members. If you want to have some of your products that you don't want to charge taxes, you can go to activate the setting on the product (s) directly.
Only administrators or owners can enable or disable settings.
You can also choose to put an item not available to your members, it may be in a case where you charge an "x" fee that is not visible to your members or others. To activate it you must go directly to the product (s).
