It is possible to create several profiles associated with the same email address. This would allow, for example, a parent to create a profile for their child using the same email address.

How it works ?

If a new member is created in the platform with the same email address (whether by the customer directly or by an administrator), the choice of profile will be requested at the next connection. A drop-down user field will appear at the time of connection, once the email address has been entered:

So your members will be able to manage a 2nd account, for example for a spouse or a child. This member will have to enter their payment information a second time, this is a completely different profile.
