To get started, here's how to customize your FLiiP platform and add general information.


To start creating your platform, go to the "Settings"> "General" tab:

 


In this tab, you will find 4 sections to complete. You can refer to the "?" icon at any time, which will give you more details on the different fields to fill in. Don't forget to click on the "save" button at the bottom of the page to save your changes!


  1. General information
    This section contains all the general information about your company. This is also where you will be able to change your FLiiP subdomain as needed.
  2. Other features
    In this section, you can decide to enable or disable certain features available in your FLiiP platform.
  3. Social media connections
    By providing links to your social media, customers will be able to click directly on the icons at the top left of the page (next to your logo) and will be taken to your business page. This step is optional. 

  4.  Visual configuration
  1. Theme
    Choose a light or dark theme, depending on the visual identity of your business. You can modify your choice at any time.
  2. Choice of colours
    The main colour will be your platform accent colour for all menus and buttons. To apply the exact colour of your logo, add the colour code in the field provided.
  3. Adding images

Add the images to your platform according to the formats indicated (in pixels). With Photoshop, it's easy to create the right formats. Another option is the Canva tool which is offered for free online. The .JPEG or .PNG formats will be required to complete this step. Our team is available to assist you in this step if necessary. Platform logo (300px x 130px): This is the logo that appears in the top left, once connected to the platform.

A white or black background is required for this photo.


Login page logo (370px x 150px): The logo appears on your platform's login page.

For best results, we suggest you use a .png format (no background).


Login background images (960px x 960px): The photo will be displayed on your platform's login page behind your login page logo.


Banner images (1180px x 360px): This is the banner located above the calendar on the home page of your platform.


Mobile Application Banner Image (800px x 360px): This is the banner in the mobile application for your members.
